Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Till the other night, used to model at 50+ FPS on Twinmotion 2020 on all High settings. Also got 110+ FPS on CS:GO. But now, both are giving me 5-9 FPS and am unable to restore the performance.

Specs are Ryzen 7 4800H, GTX 1650Ti and 8GB RAM.

Hi@ralte, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Start the game.

  2. Navigate to the Settings screen.

  3. Locate the Graphics setting.

  4. Change the Ray Tracking feature to the OFF position (as seen in Figure 2).

  5. Close the settings screen.

Figure 2. Ray Tracking (item 2) feature to the OFF position (item 3).

If that does not improve the FPS performance, perform the following steps to change the setting to the appropriate performance level.

  1. On the Graphic settings screen, locate the Quick Preset option.

  2. Change the level from High to a lower level (as seen in Figure 3).

  3. Close the Settings screen.

   NOTE:

For OMEN 15-ek0xxxxx platforms, change the Quick Preset option from Ultra to High (as seen in Figure 3), (or other any desired setting that depend on the platform's configuration for optimal performance).

Figure 3: Quick Preset level (item 1).
