Hello,I have bought HP omen 15-ek000nj 2 months ago and havent used it for 2 weeks...

While I was using the laptop, It has shutted down suddenly, I tried to turn it on with and without the vattery plugged in... I still have the warranty which is for 2 years (I think) but the problem is Im studying in a foregin country and cannot return it now to my country of origin due to COVID... Im really in need for the laptop i have online courses...

Edit: No fan sounds, No lights, completely shut off... I cant remove the battery too I dont wanna open it

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Unfortunately the only option you have is to contact HP Support in the country you purchased the notebook and check for some arrangement regarding the repair

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Well, I pressed the BIOS buttons and it turned on and everything is fine (IDK if the problem was from the BIOS upgrade or not what do u think?) But now I have another problem, I have my charger plugged it and it is showing that it is plugged in and charging but the battery is not increasing neither decreasing... a friend told me that there is some settings that will make the laptop use electric power instead of battery but cant find that settings, help please?
