Hello,

 

This is really quite dissapointing from HP. HP is really quite a renown brand, and I really wanted a fast computer to support my Univerity work. Just been using it for a couple months, and it has already quite sunken keys. The keyboard is absolute garbage (sorry for my language). The laptop as well overheats and constantly with the fan kicking in. I paid £1700 for this quality? Makes me regret this purchase. Although, I like the design and aluminum finish.

@Tar2ed18 I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
