My hp omen that I recieved two days ago is taking so long to charge . It took three hours to charge from 10% to 19% when turned off. It's a hpp omen 16 Ryzen 7 7840 HS RTX 4050 with a 280W charger and windows 11home 23h2. Also, for 23h2, I cannot find omen gaming hub driver and SDK .

Hello!

Your new HP Omen's extremely slow charging (9% in 3 hours even when off) is a serious defect; immediately contact HP Support for a warranty claim or replacement, after briefly checking the charger and running HP diagnostics. For the Omen Gaming Hub on Windows 11 23H2, it's primarily downloaded from the Microsoft Store or via HP Support Assistant, rather than separate driver/SDK downloads.  Your Texas Benefits
