I bought this laptop for work. It is very important for me that it does not turn off and does not lose my operating data if there are interruptions in the power supply. I bought such a powerful device for more than one year.
I now see how the right side of my laptop pouted and became almost 2 times thicker. I have been using it since August 02, 2017. Of course, the first battery was swollen immediately after the warranty period. And I already replaced the factory battery with the same one around the middle of August 2018. In my country, it is very difficult to find the original factory battery, because there are so many dishonest sellers selling fakes. Yes, this is definitely the original battery, because it worked for exactly 1 year. Last time, I was very lucky to get the original battery from my friend. And it was not cheap. But now my laptop is pouting again. And strictly after a year of use.

The HP system test for the battery shows that there are no problems =). What problems? All perfectly. The number of cycles: 70 / 1000. On the body is a huge cone the size of an apple.

I have 3 questions.
Question 1: Where can I buy a 100% original battery in the Republic of Belarus, not a Chinese fake that will explode in my hands, tear them open and burn my house.
Question 2: Why does HP not solve this problem? I suspect the problem is charging the battery too quickly. Also next to the battery is a Samsung factory solid-state drive, which often heats up to 85 - 90 degrees Celsius.
Question 3: Why, having given so much money for your product, I REGULARLY HAVE LOSSES AND SPEND MY TIME?
