Product: OMEN 17-w295ms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently noticed that my battery on my Omen was swelling. I would like to get this replaced, but I cannot find any guides or anything of the sort, and i can't even tell what battery is in the laptop. How can I get this fixed? I saw a recent post on this topic but they were directly messaged about the solution.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
