Hi All,
I recently bought my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop in Sep 2020. The Laptop has configuration as:
a) AMD Ryzon 5 3550H
B) RAM - 16 GB 2667Mhz
c) HardDisk - 1 TB and 512Gb SSD
d) Graphic Card - Nvidia GTX 1650
With this configuration, my system always hangs at start and after I wake the system from Sleep mode. Also, the wifi keeps disconnecting automatically and I am unable to play a single game on my system due to slow performance.
I tried contancting HP support from the 4th day of purchase. But they are not providing concrete solution. They have asked me to update drivers, reinstall windows run Handware test. After all these, they said that we cannot do annything as the tests do not show any error.
HP , please provide a solution or replace my system.
