Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I go to bios on my laptop, it says TPM is enabled and available but when I go to tpm.msc, its not enabled and its not in Device Manager. I got this early 2019 so idk why it wouldnt have tpm on it. Also my Bluetooth doesnt work at all either, and ive reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows, reinstalled everything and still it wont work. whenever i run the troubleshooter, it says fix bluetooth radio signal and that its fixed it, but if I do it again, it says the same thing, everytime. I just recently redownloaded Windows 10 and now I have
