Buena noches, hace pocos días compre una Memoria Ram Micron Crucial SODIMM CT16G4SFRA32A 1 16 GB Color Verde, pero al momento de ponerla en el PC no me funciono (pude ponerla sin problema, revise los seguros y todo bien), no la leyó y no pude utilizarla, quisiera saber si esa tarjeta no es compatible o como hago para saber si una tarjeta si será compatible con la placa base y evitar este problema con mi próxima compra

Yes, I agree with you.
I'm surprised the Crucial 16 GB DDR4-3200 CL22 memory didn't work.
Your notebook should have supported 2 x 16 GB of memory since it has an Intel i5-10300H processor.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this Timetek memory equivalent:
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that 2 x 16 GB of memory is supported.

Unfortunately, I don't know what other brands of memory good choices would be.
My recommendation to you is to buy a 16 GB memory chip with the same specifications as the Timetec chip I posted for you.
