HP 15t-DC-100

I bought the HP 15T laptop assuming that they did support keyboard lightening but sadly they don't.

The HP wizard does not include any option for keyboard lightening. The only option they have is black (standard) and white $20.

The HP 15T has only the FN-F4 ability to turn off backlight, or only display WASD keys.

If your specific laptop does include it you would fin it under the  OMEN Command Center App under OMEN LAPTOP then LIGHTENING mine only shows three options: System Vitals; Network Booster; Performance Control.

Hope that helps!

Depending op options, not all Omen 15-* machines have Lighting option, you can see from OCC

That's a bummer. I wish we had that option. Is there a work around or patch that we could use or are there really two different sets of LED one that is just red and the multicolor version like you have.

It seems HP has their machine locked down. I tried installing OMEN control but it had some .dll conflict and wouldn't open.

Maybe HP will have an official future patch.

It's still a good computer for the price.
