Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
There was a blackout when I was using the laptop and the electricity came back very quickly, the computer turned off and it does not want to turn on anymore, I removed the battery, and I put it back, the same with the memory and nothing , it does not boot, the screen stays on black and a few months ago I ran out of warranty and I cannot find nearby places to send it to fix or contact HP. any place i can send it by mail or any help will be apreciated.
