The battery is not detected by HP support assistant

Every time I turn on the notebook, it says something like "we recommend using an HP battery.....". I bought this notebook on Nov 15, 2019, and it just passed two years.

Could anyone let me know how could this happen? I only used the original adapter and everything from the outlet is normal.

Hopefully, HP would solve this for me.
