Hi, I recently had the fans in my laptop replaced with new ones. Since then, immediately after starting the laptop they go into full speed and do not come off, although the temperature of the laptop does not require the fans to work so hard. Updating the bios, graphics card drivers, resetting the laptop and even reprogramming the kbc chip did not help. I have Windows 11. I cannot change the cooling mode in hp command center or in hp coolsense. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Even the service center where I replaced the fans was not able to help me.
