Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P1Z6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The fans present in my laptop, HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk2012TX (471B9PA), do not spin when the temperature of the laptop reaches high numbers (greater than 60), even though they should. I know the fans can spin and are able to, as they spin at their highest setting when doing BIOS updates.

This issue can cause major damage and premature failure of the hardware components inside the laptop, so I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
