Hello @Ravil97
In the future, always post the full product number of your laptop so we can look up your specs.
I cannot read Russian or what ever that is since I am based in the USA, but I assume you have 8GB of ram and its only recognizing about 6GB, correct? Does it also have a discrete graphics card?
Tell me that product number so I can look everything up.
Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H>HP Help and Support>HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The Product Number will be listed there.

Hi, @Ravil97 & @Photoray002
HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...there is no fix other than to add more memory if you want.

This seems to only apply to models with AMD processors and chipsets.
