The laptop hp pavilion is very slow, it can't run any games and it should run cs go and in 80fps

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

16 gb ram 

DDR4 SDRAM

Windows 10 64 bit

Benchmarks say it should run cs go, dota 2, rocket league, fortnite and even gta 5 smoothly (above 40fps) but i only get 15-25 fps in cs-go. 

Is it a fabric problem? 

Only do i have this problem or more have the same problem? 

Can i fix it? 

Should i return it? And if so can i get another one or my money back  because this is absolutely outrageous i didn't pay  750 euros for this.

Apologize for the issue with the display. We understand it's a new notebook lets try a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

 Check for the BIOS update?

Tried Adding the game to High performances in the Nivida control panel?

Download  Intel® Driver & Support Assistant  the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics, drivers updates the gaming drivers.

Turn on Game Mode. Game Mode is a new feature in Windows 10 Update that improves gaming performance by limiting background processes and programs from using system resources while a game is running.

Press the Windows key and G to open the Game bar.

In the game bar, click Settings.

Click the check box next to the game title to enable Game Mode for that game.

Plug notebook PCs into an AC adapter to give the graphics card more power.
