Hi! It's been a month that my pc lose his battery charge while it's charging, when i play games.
For example:
While im playing rainbow six siege or something like that it is allright at the beginning; but after like 10 min of playng i see that the game's fps drop sharply. When i switch to the desktop i see that the battery it's like 80%, then it goes down.
When the laptop arrived me at home it was perfect. To play games with 60fps i needed to put the charger, and after hours of playing the battery never went down. I don't know why is it doing this, i tried to do the diagnostics and it said it was all ok but the battery always discharged. I tried also to download a new version of the BIOS but nothing changed.
Please I need your help!
Thank you

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05573959
It needs 150 W AC power adapter. Do you use the original charger ? what is its part # ? It may be faulty or somehow under power.
Regards.
