More than a year ago I bought a new laptop(Victus by HP Laptop 16-d1xxx) the first 9 months everything was fine, games did not freeze the laptop worked fast. But in recent times the laptop started to slow down somehow, FPS in games dropped. It became even more noticeable when the games that I regularly play began to slow down and had to lower the quality settings of the game. This I noticed in many games so I think that it's not about the game and (or) its optimization. Furthermore, the laptop started to slow down in routine tasks such as surfing the Internet.

I think that this is caused by the fact that I have not cleaned and reinstalled Windows since I started using it. If anyone has encountered this problem, I will be sincerely glad for help.
