HP Omen 15 ce002la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During the whole day I have been using my HP Omen, but when I turned it off and after some hours I got back and turned the laptop on, the screen dont turn on. Is not like a black screen, is like when the laptop is off. The lights of the keyboard and the ventilators, all things work, but the screen don't turn on. (Is not a posibility for me to take away the battery, because if i take my laptop to support they are going to say that I modified the laptop)

@FlavioGonzales,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. As I understand you are having issues with your HP Notebook won't turn on. Don't worry I'll be glad to help you out.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?

Did this happen after a software update or Windows update?

When you try to turn it on, do you hear the fan running? Or do you get any beeping noises/blinking lights?

Have you tried to use a different compatible charger and check if it helps?

Have you tried to connect this laptop to an external monitor and check if that works?

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

Let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the notebook

Before power resetting your computer, do the following:

  1. Disconnect or remove all peripheral devices. Start up the laptop and test the computer by itself, and then reconnect one peripheral device at a time.

  2. Turn over the computer and look for a battery compartment door.

Please check if this makes a difference. If the issue persists then you may perform the steps as described in detail from this link:  HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10)

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Eagerly waiting for your response!

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
