HP Victus FB00018NT
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have an HP Victus FB00018NT laptop.

 My hardware.

 R5 5600H.

 Radeon RX6500M.

 8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 Kingston RAM.

 150 watt adapter.

 Windows 11 Pro.

 2023 model new series.

My device is 3 months old.

 First I bought this RAM.

When I plugged it into the computer, there was no problem at first, but after a while, when it was 8 GB, the FPS dropped in the game I was playing comfortably (like going into slow motion, not instant stuttering). When the problem increased, I thought it was caused by the RAM and removed the newly installed RAM. My problem was solved. Then I installed the new RAM one by one and there was no problem again. I think there was an incompatibility so I bought two Kingston Fury impact RAMs (2x8) to use, this is the RAM I bought.

When I use this RAM with 16 GB, there is a drop in FPS, if I set it to 8 one by one, there is no problem.

When I check the values in the MSI Afterburner software, when I experience a FPS drop, the wattage of the processor drops from 60-65 to 25 and the GPU usage is ℅99, the GPU drops to 10 watts, but after the CPU wattage increases, it hovers between 35-50 and sometimes 65 watts when it is 8 GB. There is no decrease. GPU watts 45-47. Also, when I installed this newly purchased RAM, the screen started to lag at first startup.

I talked to customer service and we couldn't solve the problem, they said they would investigate the issue.

While I was talking to my friend about this issue, the graphics card may be overpowering the processor. He said this might be causing a bottleneck. Could such a thing happen?

 Things I've tried:

 I formatted it.

 I changed the power options.

I uninstalled the DDU graphics card drivers and reinstalled them.

 I updated the chipset.

 I updated the BIOS.

I tried the slots to see if the slot was broken.

I tried it with a 200 watt adapter to see if it was enough.

 I changed the sockets.

I bought a surge protected socket and used it, but it didn't work.

 Memtest86 showed no problems.

I did the HP hardware diagnostic system comprehensive test and memory comprehensive test and no problems were found.

 CPU-Z screenshot of original RAM.

I will try to post the Memtest result image and energy report file as an answer.

I know it's long, I'm not good at explaining things, I may have given unnecessary information. I'm open to your knowledge and experiences right now. What can I do, what can we do?
