Hi @Naveen124,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The absence of a performance mode option in your HP Victus fb3025AX might be due to the current software or firmware configuration. Here are a few steps you can try to enable or enhance performance settings on your device.

Check HP Support Assistant for Updates:

  • Open HP Support Assistant on your device. It often comes pre-installed on HP laptops.
  • Click on “My Dashboard,” select your device, and then click on “Updates.”
  • Install any available updates, especially those related to the BIOS or system firmware, as such updates might introduce new features or settings.

Access Performance Settings in BIOS:

  • Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings by pressing the appropriate key during boot (usually F10 for HP laptops).
  • Look for any performance-related settings such as CPU settings or fan control and adjust them as needed.

Check if HP Command Center is Available:

  • HP Command Center is a utility that allows you to adjust thermal, performance, and fan settings.
  • Check whether it’s installed by searching for "HP Command Center" in Windows.
  • If not installed, check the Microsoft Store or HP’s website to see if it’s available for your model.

Windows Power Options:

  • Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
  • Click on “Change plan settings” next to your selected plan and then “Change advanced power settings.”
  • Here, you can adjust various settings related to performance.

Graphic Settings:

  • Ensure that the system is using the dedicated GPU when needed by managing settings in the graphics control panel (such as NVIDIA Control Panel for NVIDIA GPUs).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hi @Naveen124,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Since you’ve already checked HP Support Assistant, BIOS settings, HP Command Center availability, and Windows power options but still cannot find the Performance Mode, we’ll need a bit more information to guide you accurately.

Could you please confirm the country/region where you are currently using the laptop?
Certain thermal/performance features may vary by region due to localized software configurations, and this will help us check the correct version available for your model.

Once you share that, we can look deeper into the correct firmware/utility support for your HP Victus fb3025AX.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
