My fan was making noise.. So i went to service centre for cleaning.. And the person was trying to dissamble my fan.. And the fan broke.. He told me that it was somewhow jammed that's why it broke.. Was he supposed to do that Or not.. I am confused

Strong vibration while the fan is running can cause the fan to block/be damaged. However, this is very rare, since the axis of the fan is very stable. However, if the fan is very dusty/dirty, it can happen that the fan blades are blocked/bent or even break off. HP should simply replace the fan, which should be a small matter.
