Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear HP Support,

I have an HP OMEN 17-ck0xxx laptop and want to confirm if thermal pads are used on VRM, VRAM, and chipset components in the original design.

If so, could you please specify the recommended thickness for these thermal pads?

HP doesn't help replace thermal paste, we can get an expert do that for you at our service centre. If interested, please share your serial number in a private message, so I can check the available options.
