Around 2 weeks ago I realized that many freezing on the screen and I check the CPU by Intel extreme and I saw to many thermal Throttling happening.
Nowadays, I cannot play any game without throttling, even PES 2019, CS GO, PUBG. I bought this laptop to play games and I cannot do it very well.
I need help, I’ve tried undervolting (0 until -180v). Reduce CPU power by computer settings to 30w, 25w, 20w but stayed worst the games.
I wanna know how to fix the power limit throttling and thermal throttling issues

Hi Asmita, how are you doing?
i've checked your all requests but no sucess...i guess HP needs to release another BIOS asap. The F7 has already been installed.
I've tried repaste also, but the laptop keep frying a egg upon the keyboard. The throttling is terrible.
Including the fans, they yelling a lot, my ears hurts.
Yours sincerely;

Please Contact HP Support regrading the service options for your computer as this looks like a hardware issue.
Thanks!
