The notebook can be equipped with 2 different graphics cards. Check what you have.
Maintenance & Service Guide: Models with GeForce GTX 1050/1050 Ti graphics cards
or

If you disassembled your notebook, you still have the original pads and can try to measure the thickness. The most important thing is that the heat sink is evenly flat.
