Touchpad OMEN 16. lagging. Camera bad quality image

This is already the second time my touch pad has failed in less than a year. The laptop is not even a year old. The first time I had to send it to the technical service to repair it and it worked fine for a few months, but again the touch pad is blocked, I can not use it. Please, HP, offer a permanent solution to the customers who spent a lot of money on your products and put our trust in you. Once again I will have to send the computer to the technical service and be without it for 3 or 4 weeks, and it is my means of work. How do you compensate for this? Also the camera on this Omen 16 offers very poor image quality and constant flickering. Please, what is the permanent solution for these two problems. Thank you and best regards
