When gameing the mouse dont work when I use the keyboard.

 

Any way to fix this?

Did you go into the Synaptics clickpad settings and check the SmartSense settings?

 

Go to Windows All Settings and click on Devices.

Go to Mouse and then to Additional Mouse Options.

With the ClickPad Settings tab selected, click on the ClickPad Settings button.

Highlight the SmartSense section and click on the gear icon.

What are the smart sense settings?

If the top slider is off, turn it back on to about 60% like in the photo below.

You can adjust those sliders to your taste.

Thanks for the reply I have tried doing it via the SmartSense turend it off still did not work.

Also in propertys I dont get that clickpad settings?

So you cannot access SmartSense if you don't have the Clickpad Properties, correct?

 

Are you running Windows 10 version 1809?

If so, is your Synaptics driver up to date?
