Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0253ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop's touchpad starts lagging or completely stop working after i log into windows 11 22H2. i did check the hardware by doing hardware test and touchpad works completely fine there during the test.
i only have 1 driver installed which is ELAN Input Device.

Please help me out of this situation. i still have warranty. 😞
