I got a good deal on the Omen 16 b0149XT with only $2501. What a good deal with its spec, but I soon realized the problem as soon as I received the product.  The CPU and GPU were overheating, and the battery was flattened after 90 mins without running any application. It was obviously a defective product. I contacted the support center and they said the replacement process would take 3-4 weeks, meanwhile, everyone can order this laptop and get shipped in the next day. Optionally, I can order a new item from the website for $3047, and they will return me $2501 and I can get a new laptop within 3 days. What an amazing service from HP...
