Omen 17 Laptop

I bought an Omen 17 last week, and since I wasn't able to try it out in person before buying due to COVID, I've realised upon using it for a couple of days that it's much too big and bulky for me, so I'm trying to return it within the 14 day window for a full refund.

 

I've filled out the form on the website in my user account and chose the day I wanted a courier to collect, but I don't have any return address, return slip, or anything like that. I'm not sure what the courier is going to collect, but he's supposedly coming tomorrow.

Who did you purchase the Omen from exactly? the HP Store directly or another source?

If from the HP online store directly, here is the number for UK Home Customers 0207 660 3859

Call them to properly setup a return.
