I have a quick question if i disable turbo while gaming would it harm my laptop in any way bc i found out the only way to reduce temp is to disable turbo and my temp went from 85-95 to 70-85 i know that it reduces from 4.5ghz to 2.6 but is it okay?

To get the answer to this question, Intel® Turbo Boost Technology (TBT) is one of the features built into latest-generation Intel microarchitecture. It automatically allows processor cores to run faster than the base operating frequency if it's operating below power, current, and temperature specification limits.
