I have a quick question if i disable turbo while gaming would it harm my laptop in any way bc i found out the only way to reduce temp is to disable turbo and my temp went from 85-95 to 70-85 i know that it reduces from 4.5ghz to 2.6 but is it okay?

It automatically allows processor cores to run faster than the base operating frequency if it's operating below power, current, and temperature specification limits.
