My hint and solution suggestion:

 

>I recently brought a OMEN 16-b1001ns with RTX3070ti

We have installed all required and latest hp software and driver including BIOS !

Please contact HP Support

This looks like a technical problem and should be fixed by an HP technician or the device should be replaced with a new one.
