CX0191TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion Gaming CX0191TX is equipped with UHD 630 graphics and NVIDIA graphics. (Using Environment: Windows 10)

Adobe After Effects 2021, which is intended to be used on the laptop, requires a UHD 630 graphics driver version of 27.20.100.8476 or more, but the laptop is version 23.20.16.4958, Adobe calls for a graphic driver update with the warning that the system might stop during the using of After Effect 2021.

To update the UHD 630 graphic driver, I tried to download the latest version from the Intel homepage and update it, but it's impossible to update with an error message to download it from the supplier HP because the laptop specification was not recognized, and the latest version of UHD 630 Driver is at most 25.20.100.6577 in HP homepage.

Therefore, I can’t install UHD 630 graphics driver ver. 27.20.100.8476 or more on my laptop (CX0191TX), consequentially, I can’t make an optimal environment for using Adobe latest products (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).

As an alternative, I tried to stop using UHD 630 Driver and use a graphic driver dedicated to NVIDIA (even if I was overused by the battery), but I gave up using it because there was no way to control the monitor Brightness. (Later, I knew how to do it through HP Korea)

With the kind consultation, I received today from HP Korea, HP's latest graphic version is 26.20.100.7261, which still can’t make the optimal latest Adobe product environment.

If HP is going to be late for the graphic updates as before, I would like HP to release the restrictions so that customers can update quickly on the Intel homepage rather than customized drivers by HP.

It’s a point that HP doesn’t just call a gaming laptop a premium product, but HP needs a solid policy for consumers.
