Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I feel frustrated with this USB-C G5 Essential Dock. After an update at night of the window on my Victus, the dock cannot connect to the laptop anymore. I worked with the Customer Support and they said this is due to the firmware of the dock cannot work on the latest update after carefully checking my laptop.

The thing is when I did connect with a cheap China hub, it worked perfectly. 

Can anyone give me a sound solution for this?
