What is the System SKU of your OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B1AV) machine ? For example

Sounds like your monitor does NOT compatible with your machine.

Regards.

Regarding with the monitor, it is full compatible with the machine. It connect without problem through USB-C but with Intel integrated card, but not through the GPU Nvidia card.

Thanks. It clearly say the monitor it NOT currently support. Not USB-C ports are the same. You have to wait or use USB-C to DP connection for your monitor.

Regards.
