USB driver? USB not properly rec. 512gb thumbdrive? OS install media? Omen by HP preload w/ hack...

Trying to transfer files from old laptop (2014 HP Envy k211dx 17.3 " which works perfectly on Supersonic Rage Elite 512gb usb thumb-drive. OLD HP: No Problem. New HP: OMEN by HP 17-cb0xxx McAfee can scan files, properties shows 70gb, Windows File Manager shows 0 files and zero folders.

Also: All win 10 updates done, OS ver x64 1909. System came PRE-INSTALLED with Chinese Hack used to break into 84 million computers in Nov. 2017. I need OS media install disks as I will be reinstalling SW myself!
