Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is the USB C type connector on the back of my Omen DC-0xxx USB 3.1? Are the USB connectors on the side 3.1 also? I am using a Samsung external SSD drive and it keeps stalling, probably because it's plugged into the USB port on the left side.
