Unable to change backlit keyboard color

Hi,

I recently bought an HP OMEN - 15-ek0040tx. I am unable to change the backlit keyboard color. I have spent so many hours trying to figure out how to do it, but all in vain. I read other posts on this forum too and tried those methods but that too didn't work. I installed all the drivers and software updates but I can't change the lighting. 

Presently, I can only turn on the red light. I want to change it to other colors.

Could anybody help me out with this issue?

Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard ? If

   (a) yes, you can use OCC to change.  

    Before:

          

You can change each zone, for example

Yes, my machine has 4-zone RGB backlit keyboard.

The problem is: I am not getting "Lighting" tab in OCC.

The specs of your machine is

It says nothing about the keyboard. The specs of my machine says

        Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

I can't get its parts list

Now. Please use Windows Store to update OCC, hope this helps
