Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509V8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello 

 

I'm trying to connect an external monitor via HDMI to HP Omen but ithe laptop doesn't detect an external monitor and the monitor doesn't detect a signal.

 

Please can someone advise.  I've had the laptop for about two months and not tried connecting an external monitor before.

What is your PC 17-ck1000 (509V8AV)  ? It can be one of the following machines

Please try miniDP Display to HDMI cable ?  What is your monitor ?
