Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As you know, HP brought the Rewards system to the Omen Command Center, and I was able to use it until today. Even I got an $10 Amazon Gift Card 10 days ago or so, but today when I tried to open it, it showed up that "We were unable to create your Rewards account." I don't know what to do. Have anyone experienced this thing before? What do I do to fix it? Thanks you guys in advance.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
