What is the product number of your HP notebook? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

What exactly seems to be an issue with the Omen command center? 

Could you please elaborate more on the issue as this will help me in further assisting you

After double click on command center icon , Nothing is happening

In order to provide you with accurate solution, I would need to know the product details of your HP notebook. 

 

 Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the Omen command center.

 

Could you please respond to the details asked from the previous post.
