Unable to play games in aleast low graphics settings, because gpu usage is below 30-40.what can i do

What is your graphics card, and/or integrated chip set?

You may have to alter settings, but there are to many variables until there are some specs to work with.

Thanks for the consideration. 

Spec: GTX 1650 and ryzen 3550h, I have tried various settings but  nothing was changed, runs below 20 fps(at low graphics settings).suggest me some solutions to get rid from this.

What it sounds like is that you haven't truly dedicated the graphics card, or that there may be driver issues.

In search type in Nvidia control panel.

Go to Nvidia control panel. Then go to 3D settings. Then global settings, Your control panel will probably have it in auto select.

In global settings change the command to dedicate to the graphics card, this will disable the integrated graphics, and dedicate graphics card.

If you are still having problems..............

Type in search bar device manager. Look at display devices, One should be graphics card, the other should be integrated graphics. Disable integrated graphics from the driver menu. 

If you are still having problems.

The in device manager. Uninstall the graphics card driver completely. 

Do a restart.

Windows 10 should auto detect the graphics card. From there you will want to run windows update. It should auto detect in windows update under drivers and reinstall the driver best compatible with s-bios and v-bios.
