I purchased an hp omen 16 laptop on 28/9/24

And purchased the total warranty along with it,it came with an offer to get a controler and hyper x headphone with it on paying additional 499 rupees

But when i am about to redeem the offer it is showing you are already registered under hp upgrade program and i am not able to redeem my gifts
