Hi @avinashkp77 

 

I don't think your model has IR Webcam, to verify that you should enter the device manager go to camera drivers and see if you have these two drivers especially the IR camera.

Yeah in the driver's it is not shown but in the product description it is clearly shown as 1080p ir camera isn't cheating

As I indicated, the laptop does not have an IR camera and therefore does not have the FaceID function.
