Hello! I have had my omen for about 2 years and I have some issues regarding the CPU getting quite hot while gaming. On performance control, I have it on balance to try and reduce the heat problem.
I have proper ventilation with a cooling pad and still reach around 90c when gaming. I decided that I want to check out the undervolt option on omen hub what I did months ago but to my surprise I get notified with the following message. "The required hp services cannot be found to resolve this please click update." I have tried clicking update but the problem percists and I have also uninstalled Intel XTU and then tried to redo the steps and I get the same problem.
Any idea for a fix for this? Anything helps!
Best regards!
