I have raised case # [edited] for power adapter issue, the laptop doesn’t get charged when in use , I have to shut it down to charge it.

 

As per the chat with tech support the replacement is shipped and I am not getting any firm date, initially I have been told that I will get it in 3-5 days, then at sixth day, I have been told to wait for 24-48 hours, now they are telling me 18-Feb-2026.

Technical support team doesn’t have access to tracking details ? They can’t escalate?

 

is this how HP works? What kind of support is this? This is really really ridiculous.
