I want to upgrade the ram on my laptop, because the ram that comes is only 8gb, i want to remove 1 stick of 4gb and put 1 of 8gb to have 12gb in total. i dont know what ram is compatible and i dont know if the wrranty will be lost in the process.

It can support up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.

 

You should be able to buy the memory in Spain.  Change the country flag at the top right of the webpage and select Spain.

 

Warranty...since we don't work for or represent HP, we cannot officially provide info regarding the warranty terms.

 

We understand that the warranty will not be voided unless you break/damage something in the process of upgrading the PC.

 

Below is the link to the service manual which should help you upgrade the memory without guessing how to take the notebook apart.
