Hello there yesterday i have broguht a new laptop HP Pavilion Power 15-dk0020na but it says the latest verison is windows 1909 not windows 2004. I tried to use windows update assistance but it says it's not compatible with the device settings. Will it be compatible soon?

Your machine could be built few months ago therefore I don't think it has Windows 10 2004. Windows 10 204 still has few things need to be fixed therefore many newer machines still have to wait (this machine is 8 months old):
I would wait for few more months to upgrade. I used to have a time table for my machines
1. Upgrade my test machines as soon as Windows comes out
2. Waiting for a month or 6 weeks then apply for my next level of machines
3. Waiting for another month then apply for my kids machines.
But now I do not spend time to do step #1, therefore I would wait a bit longer before upgrade.
Hope this makes sense
Regards.
