How do I upgrade my Laptop SSD to 500Gb or 1TB? 

What are the things I should look for while buying new SSD?

Will my windows 10 license will expire if I upgrade my SSD?

Will I lose all my HP data if I upgrade my SSD?

I believe your machine has M.2 SSD. The following article is for 2.5" SSD's but should ve the same for M.2 SSD's

For Windows license, machine will use embedded BIOS key and Windows will activate itself for its life.
